Northglenn High School student Sabina Czauz played singles at the U.S. Open tennis tournament in New York.

She is the first competitive high-school girls tennis player to play in a wheelchair. She was on the Norse's team last year at No. 1 doubles.

Czauz advanced to the quarterfina round.
