The South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association recently honored Ray Sherman, broker and team leader of Keller Williams Park Meadows, with its President's Distinguished Service Award.

Sherman is the former President of the Aurora Association of REALTORS and former REALTOR of the Year for them. Since coming to SMDRA many years ago, he has been an instructor for ethics, on the professional standards committee, a mediation officer and has been on many Ethics and Arbitration panels.

"Ray continues to chair many panels and continues to be one of those quality professionals in the knowledge of professional standards," says Deb Conner, SMDRA Past Chair. "What that continues to mean for SMDRA is that we have a person of great wisdom who is a guide and steady hand at one of our core values, Professional Standards."

Sherman has served as team leader for the Park Meadows office since 2001. He is a Senior Instructor for the Colorado Association of Realtors and was Instructor of the Year for CAR in 2007.
