MW GOLDEN CONSTRUCTORS recently started construction on the 7,100 square foot Arapahoe Community College Tenant Improvement project for the school’s first expansion south of Denver metro area.  The project consists of more general trades including fire suppression, mechanical, plumbing and electrical.  The tenant improvement includes the addition of a telecom room, storage room, five classrooms, three offices, a student computer room, break room and restroom upgrades for ADA compliance.
