The community of RidgeGate will soon welcome its newest homebuilder with ParkSide at RidgeGate, a joint venture between Harvard Communities and Berkeley Homes. The new single-family neighborhood, which will ultimately include 31 homes, is under construction. A model home will break ground in November and is scheduled for completion in March. New homes at ParkSide will be between 2,400 sq. ft. and 2,800 sq. ft., and will be priced from the low $400,000's.

The public is invited to a Sneak Preview of ParkSide at RidgeGate on Thursday, October 20th from 6-8 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to view construction plans for the neighborhood and meet the builder. The event will be held at the Lincoln Park Clubhouse, located at 9200 Grafton Drive in the heart of the RidgeGate community.
