The community of RidgeGate will soon welcome its newest homebuilder with ParkSide at RidgeGate, a joint venture between Harvard Communities and Berkeley Homes. The new single-family neighborhood, which will ultimately include 31 homes, is under construction. A model home will break ground in November and is scheduled for completion in March. New homes at ParkSide will be between 2,400 sq. ft. and 2,800 sq. ft., and will be priced from the low $400,000's.

The public is invited to a Sneak Preview of ParkSide at RidgeGate on Thursday, October 20th from 6-8 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to view construction plans for the neighborhood and meet the builder. The event will be held at the Lincoln Park Clubhouse, located at 9200 Grafton Drive in the heart of the RidgeGate community. Free street parking is abundant in the immediate vicinity of the clubhouse, or along RidgeGate Circle and RidgeGate Parkway. To RSVP, attendees should call Berkeley Homes at (303)340-3333.

ParkSide at RidgeGate is being built by a joint venture between two of Denver's most well-respected local homebuilders - Harvard Communities and Berkeley Homes. Both Harvard and Berkeley have been building new homes in the Denver metro area for more than 20 years. Harvard is known for building innovative, high-quality, ultra-energy-efficient homes in Denver's new urbanist, infill Lowry and Stapleton communities. Berkeley has spent the last 25 years building homes in some of the most sought-after locations in the metro area, including Highlands Ranch, where they've developed a strong reputation for quality, value and integrity. "We've teamed up with Harvard Communities on the new ParkSide at RidgeGate neighborhood because together, we can offer one of the most dynamic and exciting new neighborhoods in the metro area," says Rich Laws, president of Berkeley Homes. Laws continues, "The location within RidgeGate can't be beat, and we think single-family detached homes starting in the $400,000s in Lone Tree will be very well-received."

The ParkSide at RidgeGate neighborhood offers an intimate scale, with just 31 homes featuring oversized front porches and unique, inviting front courtyards defined by decorative iron fencing. These porches and courtyards will help create a strong neighborhood feel, inviting residents to interact with one another in RidgeGate's beautiful outdoor spaces. The homes will feature a refreshing, contemporary exterior style and interiors with warm, modern details. In addition, the homes at ParkSide at RidgeGate will be ultra-energy-efficient, meeting the newest Energy Star Version 3.0 standards.

ParkSide at RidgeGate is located just steps from the world-class Lone Tree Recreation Center, and an easy stroll to RidgeGate's shops and restaurants at Lincoln Commons. Theater, music and other arts programming are within easy walking distance at the brand-new, state-of-the-art Lone Tree Arts Center. And, ParkSide at RidgeGate's name speaks to its location immediately adjacent to the 10-acre Prairie Sky Park and easy access to the Willow Creek Trail, which leads up to the bluffs. There, local artist Andy Dufford's stone installations invite you to pause for a moment and enjoy the landscape, the views of the Front Range and Downtown Denver. ParkSide at RidgeGate provides convenient access to all of RidgeGate's 1,000 acres of parks and open space.
